Shipping policy

Your Geier’s Sausage purchase is perishable and we want it delivered to you without compromising the quality. All orders are shipped directly to your home via UPS. Our shipping experts will package your product properly and time your shipment to ensure that it arrives at your doorstep in excellent condition. Perishable items are shipped with insulated liners and gel packs. 

We ship all of our products by UPS on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays. They should arrive within 1-2 days of the ship date

Orders placed between Wednesday noon and Sunday 11pm will be shipped on Monday. (Excluding Holidays)

Orders will be shipped promptly after receiving depending on what day of the week it is received. Processing times are between 1-3 days. Because standard UPS delivery is unavailable on Saturdays or Sundays your ship date on perishable items will be chosen to avoid weekend days in transit. 

Perishable orders shipping to areas within 1-2 day UPS Ground will be shipped on Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday.

Perishable items are shipped with “No signature required” to avoid spoiling. If no one is available for delivery it will be left at the door.

If your perishable product has thawed, but is still cool, you can freeze it again.

We do not offer an international shipping option. We cannot guarantee our product’s condition when shipped internationally.

Multiple Shipping Addresses: Each shipping address is treated as a separate order. If you wish to order for multiple shipping addresses, please place each order separately.

Please use a street address for shipping purposes, as we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.

Please understand, due to a tremendous demand we may occasionally be out of a particular product. If this is the case, we will contact you to find out how you’d like to proceed.

All orders are payable with major credit cards. A minimal handling fee per shipment is added to our shipping prices to cover additional packaging. (Liners & Gel Packs). 

Geier’s operates in a sustainable manner, causing minimal damage to the environment and using renewable resources where possible.   Your box and box liner are recyclable and can be disposed of in a recycle container.  We carefully pack and ship all products from our wholesale plant located in Sarasota Florida. 

We offer only the finest quality products and are sure you will agree. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the quality, we will gladly replace the product or you will receive credit. (Please refer to refund policy)

Refund Policy

If you experience a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as you receive the package. You MUST contact us NO LATER THAN 7 DAYS FROM TIME OF DELIVERY.

Please review the following EXCEPTIONS of our refund policy:

1.  Customer provided an incorrect shipping address when placing the order.

2.  Customer selected products or quantities in error.

3.  Products were delivered fresh, intact and as described on website, but customer simply did not care for the ‘taste’ of the product or it did not meet their ‘expectations’.

   4. Customer DID NOT contact us within 7 days from the               date of delivery.
